【Abstract】
This talk will explore the use of AI, especially deep learning models, for agricultural research. Specific agricultural domain examples covered include commodity price forecasting (text) and plant disease detection (image). Other AI methods for modelling purposes will also be introduced. The talk will conclude by emphasising the importance of explainable and generative AI in today’s interdisciplinary research.
